Sie erhalten das kwb Spanplattenblatt Typ M Hartmetall Normalzahn in vielen verschiedenen Durchmessern und mit unterschiedlichen gängigen Bohrungen, mein Vorrat ist allerdings begrenzt. Die meisten Blätter haben eine blanke, hochfein polierte Oberfläche mit sandgestrahltem Zahnkranz, viele sind auch mit einer Antihaft-Beschichtung versehen, die ein Verkleben des Sägeblatts verhindert und für einen leichten Lauf und lange Lebensdauer sorgt!
Als vergleichbare Alternative habe ich das antihaftbeschichtete wolfcraft Serie grün Handkreissägeblatt HM Wechselzahn und das H.O. Schumacher+Sohn Kreissägeblättern Hobby , außerdem viele weitere Sägeblätter mit gleichem oder auch anderem Einsatzbereich im Programm.
Wenn Ihr bei mir gekauftes Sägeblatt stumpf wird, können Sie es zum fachmännischen Nachschärfen durch eine hier ansässige Werkzeugschleiferei an mich einsenden, auch das Erneuern von ausgebrochenen Hartmetall-Zähnen ist möglich. Sie erhalten das kwb Spanplattenblatt Typ M Hartmetall Normalzahn in vielen verschiedenen Durchmessern und mit unterschiedlichen gängigen Bohrungen, mein Vorrat ist allerdings begrenzt. Die meisten Blätter haben eine blanke, hochfein polierte Oberfläche mit sandgestrahltem Zahnkranz, viele sind auch mit einer Antihaft-Beschichtung versehen, die ein Verkleben des Sägeblatts verhindert und für einen leichten Lauf und lange Lebensdauer sorgt!
Als vergleichbare Alternative habe ich das antihaftbeschichtete wolfcraft Serie grün Handkreissägeblatt HM Wechselzahn und das H.O. Schumacher+Sohn Kreissägeblättern Hobby , außerdem viele weitere Sägeblätter mit gleichem oder auch anderem Einsatzbereich im Programm.

Das in Deutschland hergestellte, preisgünstige kwb Spanplattenblatt Typ M ist ein nach DIN 8083 hartmetallbestücktes, antihaftbeschichtetes Wechselzahn-Kreissägeblatt für schnelle, gute Schnitte.
Mit den je nach Durchmesser 18 bis 30 Zähnen im positiven Schnittwinkel sägen Sie gleichzeitig schnell und sauber Hart- und Weichholz, Spanplatten, Hartfaserplatten, Tischlerplatten, Sperrholz, MDF, Pressschichtholz, Balken, Bohlen und Bretter sowie Gipskartonplatten. Durch die mittlere Zahndichte läßt sich das kwb Spanplattenblatt Typ M sehr universell einsetzen, bei allen unbeschichteten Materialien erzielen Sie gute Resultate, ohne daß leistungsschwächere Kreissägen zu stark beansprucht werden. Mit einer Stammblattstärke von 1,4 bis 1,6 mm sowie einer Schnittbreite von 2,4 bis 2,6 mm ist das kwb Spanplattenblatt Typ M außerdem relativ dünn.
